Refund Policy

Refund Policy (Cookies & Baked Goods)

Because our cookies and baked goods are perishable, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled or picked up/delivered.

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • Your order is incorrect, missing items, or arrives damaged, or

  • There’s a quality issue with your order.

To request help, contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with your order details and a photo (if applicable). If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund—depending on the situation.

Cancellations/Changes:

  • Orders can be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time.

  • Custom or large orders may be non-refundable once production has started.

No refunds for:

  • Preference-based reasons (taste, texture, etc.)

  • Issues caused by incorrect storage after pickup/delivery

  • Late pickups/deliveries outside the agreed time window
