Terms & Conditions (Melissa’s Blissful Bites)
By placing an order with Melissa’s Blissful Bites (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens (including, but not limited to, wheat/gluten, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts). Product photos are for reference; colors, decorations, and sizes may vary slightly due to handmade preparation and ingredient availability.
Orders
Orders should be placed in advance to secure your requested date. Payment is required to confirm an order unless otherwise stated at checkout or on your invoice. Changes to an order (including flavors, quantities, or design details) may be limited based on production timing and may result in additional charges. If you select pickup or local delivery (if offered), you are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details and for receiving the order at the scheduled time.
Perishable Items
Because our cookies are perishable, all sales are final once an order is prepared, and we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected items, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, power outages, carrier delays).
